A combination of our favorite base malt, house yeast, and noble hops, this beer is designed to be easy drinking, crisp and refreshing.

Our flagship New England-Style Pale Ale brewed and dry hopped with a balanced blend of cryo Citra and cryo Mosaic the result is a concentrated burst of citrus and stone fruit essence. An abundance of flaked oats impart dense haze and a soft mouthfeel that works in perfect harmony with the smoothness of cryo hops.

Blue Loon is is our homage to one of the first Belgian style beers to really take root in America: the humble wit beer. Brewed with unmalted wheat, orange peel, and coriander this beer is a beautifully simple, anytime crusher.

For this single malt and single hop American Lager we used traditionally malted Bohemian pilsner with a touch of Motueka hops for a classic, crisp and easy-drinking lager.

Brewed with Pilsner and Maris Otter and hopped with CZ Kazbek and El Dorado in various charges throughout the boil. Kazbek is, at its essence, a modern Saaz derived from Russian wild hops lending notes of earthy, spicy lemon. A blend of old world tradition and new world hop character we finished it with a 7lbs dry-hop with Kazbek and a 4lb addition of Citra. Lagered lightly, were incredibly proud of this reimagined Cold IPA

The Real McCaw soars with tropical flavor, blending ripe pineapple and lush mango into a perfectly balanced sour. Bright, juicy, and refreshingly tart, this brew delivers a smooth, fruit-forward ride that’s as bold and vibrant as its namesake.

Using a blend of traditional base and crystal malts from England, we created a smooth and balanced porter with notes of toffee, dark chocolate, and a touch of roast.

Bramber is our old school version of an amber ale. Brewed with flaked rye and caramel amber malts, a two pound whirlpool addition of Wai-iiti hops offer up subtle notes of lime and stone fruit.

For our new hazy we took our favorite blend of base malts and blended oats and wheat to create a smooth and rounded mouthfeel balanced with a blend of Galaxy, Citra, and Amarillo hops. Notes of pineapple, sweet berries, and melon.
