Our flagship New England-Style Pale Ale brewed and dry hopped with a balanced blend of cryo Citra and cryo Mosaic the result is a concentrated burst of citrus and stone fruit essence. An abundance of flaked oats impart dense haze and a soft mouthfeel that works in perfect harmony with the smoothness of cryo hops.

Blue Loon is is our homage to one of the first Belgian style beers to really take root in America: the humble wit beer. Brewed with unmalted wheat, orange peel, and coriander this beer is a beautifully simple, anytime crusher.

Pink Footed Boobie takes flight for breast cancer awarenessness month with a tropical wink and a hazy grin. Juicy waves of citrus, berry, and mango from Strata, Citra Cryo, and Azacca make this 6.5% haze feel as smooth as seabird feathers in a tailwind. Bright, soft, and just the right amount of cheeky.

This cream ale takes the traditional blend of malt, flaked corn, and oats and a touch of lactose combines it with a hint of Amarillo hops to balance the traditional sweetness of the ale. Conditioned on Tahitian vanilla beans and coffee beans from our friends at Summit Coffee to give this beer finished with subtle notes of vanilla and a fresh coffee flavor.

For our new malt-forward addition to the flock, we took classic English base malts and combined them with a subtle blend of caramel and crystal malts to create an easy drinking pub style ale with a touch of malty caramel, and toffee notes balanced with hints of blueberry aroma compliments of a small amount of Mosaic. So good you'll want to come back for it every night!

Bird’s Rye View is our take on a traditional American Pale Ale. We combine our favorite base malts with oats and a touch of red crystal rye followed by a generous hop addition of Amarillo, Simcoe, and Chinook from Michigan based Hop Head Farms. The result is a light, hoppy crushable beer.

A crisp 5.6% rice lager sharpened with a blend of old-world and new-world hops. Floral spice and herbal notes meet flashes of citrus, gooseberry, and tropical fruit over a clean, refreshing finish.

Nothing But Nest is our Citra hyper focused Double IPA. Hopped exclusively with Citra hops and bursting with notes of mango and lime, this hazy juice bomb has a feathery soft mouthfeel from a heaping helping of oats. Gliding in at a dangerously smooth 8%

A traditional German pilsner-style lager brewed with 100% German malt and German Hallertau Mittlefruh hops. slight herbaceous and woodsy notes complimented by a crisp clean finish

For this new addition to the Parroty Series, we used a mix of base malts, oats, and wheat paired with a huge dose of Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, and El Dorado hops to create a hazy IPA for a fragrant blast of citrus, lime, and fresh fruit and a feathery mouth feel.
